What we test, and why.

Every export-bound lot moves through a documented quality protocol before bagging. Pre-shipment inspection certificates are issued for each consignment.

  • Moisture

    Below specification thresholds prevent mould and storage loss.

  • Foreign matter

    Stones, dust, chaff, and broken material screened to specification.

  • Aflatoxin (groundnuts, maize)

    Lab tested per export-bound lot. Threshold: <10 ppb total.

  • Test weight / bulk density

    Indicator of grain density and milling yield.

  • Free fatty acids (sunflower)

    Determines edible-grade suitability and oil press performance.

  • Outturn (cashew)

    Yield per 80 kg bag — the core metric for raw cashew nut buyers.
